If it is that size, it will be printed in the actual size without being scaled.<br \/>\r\nCut the outer line of the pattern with a cutter or scissors.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Cutting Outer Fabric<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/circle-cut-en.gif\" alt=\"Fold the fabric in half\" width=\"640\" height=\"410\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8944\" \/><br \/>\r\nFold the fabric in half, right sides together. Line up the left line of the pattern, which has the half ring marking, with the fold of the fabric.<br \/>\r\nPin the pattern on the fabric and cut with scissors or place weights and use a rotary cutter to cut out the shape.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/front-center-pin.jpg\" alt=\"Mark the center\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8657\" \/><br \/>\r\nMark the center of the width at the top and bottom with sewing pins. <\/p>\r\n<h3>Cutting Liner<\/h3>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/mask-lining-pattern-en.gif\" alt=\"mask lining pattern\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8947\" \/><br \/>\r\nFold the pattern at the 2 blue lines as shown on the pattern to make the liner smaller than the outer fabric. Line up the left line of the pattern, which has the half ring marking, with the fold of the fabric. Line up the center points on each pieces. It needs some firmness, such as a tissue box (110lb).<br \/>\r\n<!--start-baloon-->\r\n<div class=\"balloon\">\r\n<figure class=\"balloon__img balloon__img-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4340\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/images\/icon\/acchan1.gif\" alt=\"oharico smile\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<div class=\"balloon__text balloon__text-right\">Making a ruler<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<!--end-baloon-->\r\nMark and draw a line at 0.8cm from the top and 3.8cm from the bottom on the ruler.<br \/>\r\nWhen making large size pleated face mask, you need to fold 4 cm and 1 cm pleats, but 0.2 cm is subtracted in consideration of paper thickness and fabric thickness. <br \/>\r\n<span class=\"marker-thickPink\">\r\nPlease adjust the values \u200b\u200bin consideration of the size of the mask you are making, the thickness of the cloth, and the thickness of the iron ruler card.<\/span><br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/fold-with-iron-scale.jpg\" alt=\"folding with ruler\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8684\" \/><br \/>\r\nLay the mask liner up and the nose side towards the front. Place the ruler on the mask, with the 3.8cm marking to the front. Press with an iron.<br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/next-pleats-en.jpg\" alt=\"easy pleats\" width=\"640\" height=\"278\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8962\" \/><br \/>\r\nFlip the mask over again, front side up and the chin side towards you.<br \/>\r\nPlace the ruler with the 0.8cm marking side up on the mask, and fold down the top edge (the fold of the second pleat)  to match the 0.8cm line on the ruler.  Press with an iron.<br \/>\r\nRepeat the same process one more time to make 3 pleats in total. <br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oharico.net\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/folding-pleats.png\" alt=\"Stitch over the pleats\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8690\" \/><br \/>\r\nIron the mask thoroughly and pin the pleats together.
